Celebrating Women in Print and Sign 2024
The Women in Print and Sign 2024 event, hosted by Print NZ, marked another year of unprecedented growth and impact. Once again, both event venues were fully booked, reflecting the increasing significance and influence of this annual gathering.
Women in Print has grown beyond being just an event; it has become a trusted networking platform for women across the printing, packaging, and signage sectors, as well as allied industries. These sell-out events are now a much-anticipated highlight on the industry calendar.
A standout feature of this year’s event was the keynote address by Miriyana Alexander, an award-winning journalist and one of New Zealand’s most experienced editors and newsroom leaders. As a passionate advocate for women, Miriyana has proudly championed their causes—both in the news and in the workplace.
Konica Minolta proudly sponsored this inspiring event for the third consecutive year, supporting both the Auckland and Christchurch editions.
Operations Manager Helen Pengelly shared, “This year, we had the privilege of hosting Brother International, uniting women from two major brands to strengthen our alliance in a rapidly evolving market. Looking ahead, it’s evident that the Women in Print event will continue to grow, inspiring women to embrace leadership roles, celebrate innovation, and highlight the strength of collaboration and partnership. We are proud to be part of this remarkable initiative!”
